Showcase Fee: $125
Who: Players in Grades 8-12
Where: Jim & Betty Smith Stadium (behind Broyhill Inn)
Times: Registration 8:00 a.m. at field (Owens Field House if inclement weather)
Showcase: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Appalachian State University Baseball Showcase Camp presents a great opportunity for prospective student-athletes to showcase their abilities to area college programs, while continuing to improve and refine their talents. This camp is not a tryout; players receive quality instruction from some of the top college coaches in the Southeast. In addition to first-rate instruction, players will receive performance evaluations and academic enhancement lectures. Enrollment is limited to ensure personal attention in each and every aspect of the game, so sign up soon!

Along with the entire coaching staff from Appalachian State University, the University of North Carolina, Catawba College, Wingate University, Lenoir Rhyne College, Belmont Abbey, Mars Hill College, Pfeiffer College, Methodist University, Gardner Webb, Wofford, Guilford College, Wilkes Community College, Davidson College and representatives from the Major League Scouting Bureau and Florida Marlins, Colorado Rockies, the Detroit Tigers, and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays have plans to be a part of the camp.

As the fall approaches, we get closer and closer to the spring season. Now is a great time to start preparing for a successful future. Register now for Appalachian's Baseball Showcase Camp. Appalachian State, the 2001 Time Magazine College of the Year, has been ranked for eight consecutive years in the top five public universities in the South by the US News and World Reports. The Mountaineer Baseball Program is an NCAA 1 member of the Southern Conference and annually plays schools from the A10, SEC, ACC, Big East, Atlantic Sun, and Big South conferences.
